Welcome to Incline Village General Improvement District’s (IVGID) Human Resources Department home page. We employ approximately 125 year-round employees, most of them full-time and over 500 seasonal employees for both summer & winter seasons. Our employees work in Administration, Public Works, Recreation, at our Golf Courses or at Diamond Peak Ski Resort.
The Human Resources department provides quality services that include recruitment, position classification, compensation, employee relations, labor relations, training, benefit administration, employee orientation and employee recognition.
There is no better location to work than on the North Shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe and no better organization to work for than IVGID.
