All active IVGID Employees (not already enrolled at SNC) working 20 + hours per week are eligible to take up to two free classes (6 units) per semester at Sierra Nevada College (SNC). Year-Round Full-Time Employee Benefits include:

Returning Employee P.E.R.K. Program
Positive Employee Recognition - Kool is a new program for non-benefited employees who have worked more than 325 hours during a season and returning to work for another season. The seasons are summer (May - October) and winter (December - April).
In recognition of prior season(s) of service, eligible employees may chose from the following:
• IVGID Bucks - from $20.00 to $60.00 depending on the number of seasonal credits.
• Employee/Family/Friends Fun Pass - a pass that the employee can use or share with family or friends for Tennis Play, Golf Round, Ski Lift Ticket, Recreation Center Use, Group Ski Lesson, Group Golf Lesson or selected Recreation Programs. The number of passes equals the number of seasonal credits.
• Shoulder Season Recreation Center Use - a 60 day pass for the Recreation Center, this is designed for employees that work consecutive seasons.
• Tool/Apparel/Equipment Reimbursement - from $50.00 to $100.00 depending on the number of seasonal credits.
• Paid Time Off - with at least 3 season credits - 3 hours up to 9 hours off depending on the number of seasonal credits.
• $50.00 U.S. Savings Bond - with at least 6 season credits - $50.00 to $100.00 depending on the number of season credits.
Employees select from the above PERKs with the number of selections increasing as the employee continues to return to work for another season.
