Golf	Filled Advertising Coordinator	Work closely with the Marketing Manager on planning, directing and coordinating advertising activities for the Golf Courses at Incline Village and facilities including marketing research and strategy, promotions, pricing, product development and public relations. Req: Bachelor's degree (BA) in marketing from a four year college or university and four year experience in marketing, advertising, public relations or community relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to write presentation and press releases using original and innovative techniques. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages. Excellent guest service, communication, organizational and presentation skills. This is a temporary position lasting 6-12 months. Rate: $20.00/hr.

Golf	Cart Supervisor Mountain Golf Course	Manages daily operations of Outside Services as a working supervisor; oversees carts, greets golfers at the Incline Village Mountain Golf Course. Handles golf bags and provides and sets up golf cart. Two or more years related experience in a customer-service environment including supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 18 years of age & possess a valid drivers license. Minimum two years in the cart department of a busy golf facility. Knowledge of the game of golf and the Lake Tahoe area is helpful. Golf	Host/Ambassador Mountain Golf Course	Greet guests & tournament groups. Provide information on cart & course policies, speed-of-play, etc. Keep golfers moving throughout the course in a timely manner. Constant contact w/golf shop staff. Golf	Maintenance Grounds Worker	Perform routine manual labor. Includes semi-skilled grounds construction, bunker maintenance, course setup (mowing greens & operating small hand-powered equipment). No previous experience necessary. Operate light motorized equipment & utility vehicles on the course. Includes mowing of greens, tees, approaches, roughs and fairways. Must be 18 years of age at the time of hire. Rate: Starts $8.50/hr DOE
Golf	Merchandise Sales Staff	Daily sales of merchandise. Assist customers with selection, special orders, & returns. Available for tournament group selections & purchases. Check-in of merchandise, tagging & stocking. Set up displays throughout the shop & continually change the daily look of all merchandise. Req 2 yrs lifeguard exp at an aquatic facility; strong leadership skills, cert in Lifeguard Training, WSI & CPR. Must be 18 years of age at the time of hire. No previous experience necessary. Operate equipment including mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, etc. Verticutting, aerification & fertilizer applications. Prior landscape/parks maintenance exp & some knowledge of ball fields, irrigation systems; the safe & efficient mechanical operation of tractors & other motorized equipment; & a sound understanding of parks maintenance practices. Parks & Recreation	Sr. Tennis Host	Maintains computer software program for membership database, point-of-sale (POS) and CLASS system. Produces other computer generated reports as needed. Set up matches, handles daily reservations & lessons, assists with special events, process court fees & pro shop sales. Assists the Director of Tennis with daily operations, special projects requiring research and analysis, purchasing and managing pro shop merchandise and inventory. May serve as Active Director in their absense. Assists in training host staff on policies, proceduces and daily operations; including safety rules and guidelines. Assists the Director of Tennis with inputting and/or monitoring only the Tennis Host time & pay records using an automated system. Ensuring records are accurate each pay period.
