Diamond Peak Base Lodge Renovation November 14th Update

Incline Village, NV- The Diamond Peak Base Lodge Renovation remains on-budget and on-schedule for completion prior to the December 6th Diamond Peak Base Lodge Grand Opening. Crews are working 7-day shifts with work focused on the second level flooring and painting, third level dry-wall, paint, windows, and bathrooms; as well as exterior siding and final roofing.  IVGID will begin moving into the second level back of house area on November 17th with 3rd level move-in scheduled for November 21st.

The new Diamond Peak Base Lodge includes:

- New restrooms in the Loft Bar area
- New restrooms on the second floor
- A 300 sq. ft. meeting room
- New food amenities
- Increased main deck area
- New hydronic-heated upper deck with view of Lake Tahoe
- Access from the upper deck directly to the slopes
- Expanded Loft Bar with skylights above
- An expanded rental shop
- CertainTeed fiber cement siding, providing an enhanced look and long-lasting durability
- Fresh color palettes, carpet and fixtures throughout the lodge
