RFP for IVGID's Websites

Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) is accepting proposals to redesign, manage and host IVGID’s websites. You can view all IVGID websites on the following domains:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide a fair evaluation to all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged.

The existing IVGID websites were originally designed and produced in 2005 and slightly modified in 2008. Since 2009, the websites have been maintained by Noble Studios and IVGID’s in-house IT and marketing department, and are hosted by Noble Studios via Media Temple.

IVGID is looking for a strategic web partnership and a web agency that can re-engineer the sites to incorporate the latest web technology and position them for the future with social integration and mobile features. Upon completion of the development of the sites, IVGID will assume responsibility for web sites content maintenance and administration.
