How do I sign up for water, sewer, and trash service?
An open utility account is transferred to the new owner at time of escrow. An Account Application will be sent to buyers in a welcome packet. Please complete the application and return it to us. Please contact us at 775-832-1203 to arrange for trash can service.

Lake Tahoe is a unique and beautiful area. To help protect its famous clarity, extensive regulations and living practices have been developed for residents and visitors. To help inform new residents, the PCC E-Team developed an information packet containing important local contacts.  Individuals signing up for water service receive the packet by mail.
