Water or Sewer Emergency
To report a water or sewer emergency that needs immediate response (including sewer line or water line leaks or emergency shut offs) please call (775) 832-1203, option 1.
Water or Sewer Non-Emergency
To report a non-emergency water or sewer problem please call (775) 832-1203, option 2 or contact us. All emails will be responded to by the end of the next business day. If you have an emergency please call (775) 832-1203, option 1. In the email please include the date and time, your name, your phone number, the property location, and the problem.
Trash
To report a trash problem (commercial overflow, residential improper containment, or accessibility to wildlife) contact us via email or call the Compliance Department Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm at (775) 832-1221 or after hours (775) 832-1203. In the email or phone message include the date and time, your name, your phone number, property location and type of incident. All reports are responded to by one of our Compliance staff.
Trash or Recycing Missed Pickup
To report an Incline Village trash or recycling missed pick up please call Waste Management at (775) 831-2971. To report a Crystal Bay trash or recycling missed pick up please call Tahoe Truckee Sierra Disposal at (530) 583-0148.
Billing
To report a problem with your utility bill or payment, call (775) 832-1203, option 2 or contact us via email. All emails will be responded to by the end of the next business day. In the email please include the date and time, your name,your phone number, the property location, and the problem.
To report a problem with your billing please call our office at (775) 832-1203, option 2 (for example: receiving a bill from a previous residence).
